Q. Do you setup EMR systems with small doctor offices and clinics? Yes! I have setup and consulted with numerous clinics in town. Please contact me for more information!
Q. Can I call you on evenings and weekends? I am available by phone 7 days a week until 9 PM. The time of my last appointment varies between evening and late-evening hours depending on the urgency of the jobs. I only work 6 days of the week, which excludes working on Sunday.
Q. How quick is Quick Computer Fix? Because I make a specific appointment with each of my customers, you can rest assured that your computer will be fixed in a timely manner before I move on to my next appointment. Furthermore, you will always be kept fully informed of the status of the repair.
Q. Are you a registered business? Yes, I am registered and conduct business as "Quick Computer Fix LLC".
Q. Do you charge tax? I do not charge tax on services, and if a part is needed, I will direct you the customer to where to buy it.
Q. Will I lose any data? Absolutely not, I will back up all your data before I repair your computer. I also run a virus scan on all your files before returning them back to your system after the computer has been restored.
Q. I lost my password to my computer. What do I do? I have dealt with this issue several times and it all depends on what type of password was lost. If the computer asks for a password immediately after you press the power button, it is called a "bios password". Those can be quite difficult to recover but not impossible. The second, more common issue is a lost windows password, which I have recovered with ease numerous times.
Q. My laptop screen has a big crack as a result of being dropped. Can you repair my broken screen? This is a cosmetic issue which I have dealt with a lot these past couple of years. Local computer shops charge upwards of 300 dollars. I charge 50 for the labor plus the price of the screen (60-120 dollars).
Q. My computer is extremely slow. Can you help? Yes I can, I have tools that allow me to restore your computer back to its original, factory settings and in most cases, I make it run faster than it did when it was first purchased.

Q. Do I get on your nerves by calling too often? I depend on and appreciate your business. My customers' satisfaction is of utmost importance to me. Customer inquiries are ALWAYS welcome!
Q. Do you fix Apple products? (iMac, Macbook, Macbook Pro, Mac Pro, iPhone, iPad, iPod)? Yes!
Q. Do you work on tablets? No. But FYI, many cell phone repair shops will work on tablets.
